IncidentReporting-1

By Incident Types

Plan training and course nominations around areas where you have a higher distribution, or focus on areas where you haven't had lately to keep members skills up to date.

Attendance by Incident

Designed to help identify where brigades are getting enough responses to crew a truck without relying on guesswork.

Where average attendance is below the a full crew it can indicate a need to recruit more local members.

When Incidents happen

Getting a picture of when you've historically been paged to incidents can help to set expectations with newer members on when they're more likely to get paged.

If the majority of pages happen during business hours, that can help to direct recruitment needs by focusing on applicants that are more likely to have availability around those times.
