### Getting Started

# Importing data into BrigadeIQ

1. Login to OneRFS and go to the Brigade Management section
2. Go to [Team Reports](https://portal.rfs.nsw.gov.au/irj/portal/rfs-sp/brigade/team-reports)
3. Open the Brigade Administration Report
4. Select the following fields and run the report:

5. Export the report in Excel format
6. Go to [BrigadeIQ \> Import](https://app.brigadeiq.com.au/import)
7. Choose the members tab to import your brigade members

8. Select the file you downloaded from OneRFS and click Map Fields & Import
9. All of the fields should automatically map to the fields in BrigadeIQ, check them to ensure they are mapped to the relevant fields and then click **Import Data**
10. The members are now being imported, this can take a few minutes to process but you can navigate to other pages while you wait
11. Go back to OneRFS and run the Qualifications Report with the default fields
12. Export the report as an Excel file
13. Navigate back to **BrigadeIQ \> Import**
14. Once the Member Import has completed, go to the Qualifications import tab, select your file and click Map and Import
15. Some of the fields will be mapped automatically, to map fields click on the dropdown under **Maps To

16. The following fields should be mapped for Qualifications:  
      1. Member \> Member ID
      2. First Name \> First Name
      3. Last Name \> Last Name
      4. Primary Email \> Email
      5. Qualification Name \> Qualification Name
      6. Qual. Abbrev \> Qualification Code
      7. Valid From \> Issue Date
      8. Valid To \> Expiry Date
17. Click Import Data and wait for the import to complete, this can take up to 10 minutes depending on the amount of data being imported, you can navigate away from the page while this completes
18. Once both files have been uploaded, your member base and their qualifications will be in BrigadeIQ and you can view the Dashboards and Training Analytics reports.
